Before entering law school, Ms. Mathiason graduated from Texas A&M University, where she developed a strong interest in community service and community activities. She based her decision to become a lawyer on these interests, hoping that she could assist people who might not otherwise be able to care for themselves.
Julie Mathiason advises and assists clients in the development of guardianships and in guiding estates through probate court. With a strong background in community service and a devotion to helping people, Ms. Mathiason provides a compassionate and competent practice in guardianship and probate law. She has dedicated her career to practicing in these areas and values the long-tem relationships she established with her clients.
Ms. Mathiason is active in the Texas legal community, including being on the Board of Directors of the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys’ Association and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
Ms. Mathiason works one-on-one with every client to provide custom-tailored solutions. She understands the difficulties and emotional challenges associated with guardianship and probate law, and she works tirelessly to make the process easy for every client.
