While attending the South Texas College of Law, in Houston, Mr. Brower dedicated his education to preparing himself to become a litigation attorney. Through an extensive internship in the probate and guardianship field, he determined to pursue a career as a probate and guardianship litigator, representing family members in disputes over a decedent’s estate or over guardianship issues affecting a family. The combination of Mr. Brower’s comprehensive education in probate and guardianship law and his training as a litigator makes him the ideal advocate for our clients.
Mr. Brower’s career as an aggressive litigator started off very well with a victory in his first trial. Although his opposing attorney fought hard to win the case, Mr. Brower’s research skills and abilities to articulate his client’s position to the Court allowed him to soundly defeat his opposition.
Mr. Brower has been certified as an Ad Litem in the Probate Courts of Harris County, which means that the Probate Court Judges in Harris County call on Mr. Brower to assist them in cases on behalf of the Court. Additionally, Mr. Brower serves the Probate Court by representing individuals who have been involuntarily committed to the Harris County Psychiatric Center. Through his representation, Mr. Brower helps to ensure that these individuals receive the legal protection that they may need.
